Exercise depends upon gender,race


Now a research has been done on physical exercise which suggests that people will get their benefit from physical exercise depends upon their gender and race. This research was done on the data collected from the African American and Caucasian men and women who were participating in the large Atherosclerosis Risk in communities study. From the report of Lipid research suggests that people who do a mild exercise everyday for an hour had increased the heart level. The mild exercise also includes some of the activities like bowling and weightlifting.

Some people may do their daily exercise in a very hard manner, but that would produce significant decrease in harmful triglycerides and that causes mostly in Caucasians. But some research suggest that increased activity will improve the levels of artery-clogging LDL cholesterol in women and also the researchers suggests that for the Black women, the added exercise will bring down the total cholesterol levels. According to me exercise is must for men as well as for women, so that it will keep your body fit.
